Being Present in the Moment
I am glad that you have been enjoying the new devotional, and I have truly enjoyed writing it. It was easy for me to do while I was recovering from my surgery, but now that I’m fully back to work, I am finding it more difficult.
I typically write in the evenings, and when I do that, I am not engaging with Dori. While she is still present, I need to focus on her and spend my time with her, taking advantage of every moment that we have left together to enjoy.
I will be taking a longer pause than I originally though from writing daily updates to the devotional, but I appreciate each and every one of you and the grace that you all give as my family walks this journey.
Grace and Peace,
JD
