Biblical Counseling at Pinewood

Pinewood Church desires to help people meet the challenges of life in a way that will honor the Lord Jesus Christ and allow them to enjoy his steadfast love, his comforting presence, and his wise purposes for their life.
Our approach is commonly referred to as biblical counseling. We offer biblically grounded, Christ-centered counseling for a variety of life’s struggles, including: marriage and pre-marital counseling, guilt and shame, fear and anxiety, suffering of various kinds (loss, depression, and more), anger and interpersonal conflict.
The counseling is provided by pastoral staff trained to use Scripture for the care of souls. We are not licensed psychotherapists or mental health professionals. Our aim, through the power of God's Spirit, is to bring real hope and help by connecting the riches of Christ to the difficult realities of life.
