Vision and Mission Statement
Warehouse Student Ministry exists to connect our students to the Gospel, in Community, and to Discipleship. Our aim is that as a ministry, we may go out and connect all students of Clay County to these foundational elements of spiritual growth in the lives of middle and high school students.
All facets of our Warehouse Student Ministry are centered on one or more of our 5 Pillars of Warehouse Student Ministry: Gospel Centrality, Theological Depth, Relational Discipleship, Partnership with Parents, and Intergenerational Integration.

Warehouse Student Ministry is for all students in 6th-12th grade. We hold two weekly events; That Thing! on Sunday nights from 4:30-6:30, and Youth Group on Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00. We also have several special themed events, retreats, camps, and more planned throughout the year to engage students with the Gospel, in their community, and to fundamental discipleship.
The 5 Pillars of Warehouse Student Ministry

Gospel Centrality
We desire for our students to understand that the Gospel isn’t a jacket we take on and off when it is convenient, but the foundation and cornerstone of our lives. We pray our students will be immersed in the Gospel and the Grace God shows us through it.

Theological Depth
We desire for our students to understand the relationship between theology and doctrine, and how it shapes our worldview. Just as mortar and bricks are essential to a building, theology is the mortar that holds our doctrine, or bricks, together, and shapes and builds the building - our biblical worldview. We aim for our students to understand how to study, comprehend, and apply the truth of God’s Word through expository biblical teaching, study, and discussion. We equip students with a biblical worldview to prepare them for life during and after middle and high School.

Relational Discipleship
We endeavor to facilitate all facets of Student Ministry through genuine, caring, and lasting relationships, partnering with students as they navigate life.

Partnership with Parents
We desire to partner with parents as we engage, equip, and empower them to disciple their students at home. Statistically, the role of parents is the number one factor that contributes to a student standing by or walking away from their faith after they graduate high school. Parents are the primary disciplers in their students' faith journey.

Intergenerational Integration
We seek to be unified within the church, not segregating students from the body, but including them among all generations of the church.
Weekly Events

Youth Group
We gather on Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00 in the Warehouse for Youth Group. The evening consists of time to connect with the Gospel, community, and discipleship through large-group games, stage games, teaching, and breakout groups for discussion and prayer.
Our focus on Wednesday nights is to provide a group that students want to be a part of, and a place where they can connect with a community and be discipled. At Youth Group, we strive to create a welcoming and fun environment for students where they feel comfortable being themselves, inviting friends, and asking open and honest questions as they discover and develop their faith. We break up into two groups for our teaching time, high school and middle school, in order to cultivate a teaching environment and group time individually catered to our the students’ circumstances and experiences. The breakout groups are led by our Warehouse Staff and Warehouse Volunteers, who are committed to accomplishing our third Pillar of Warehouse Student Ministry, Relational Discipleship. Group leaders aim to build genuine, caring, and lasting relationships with our students as we walk with them through life.

That Thing
We gather on Sunday nights from 4:30-6:30 in the Warehouse for “That Thing!” That Thing is designed for all 6th-12th grade students to connect with the Gospel, engage in community, and experience discipleship through our small group Bible studies.
We inspire students to understand the importance our second pillar of our Five Pillars of Warehouse Student Ministry, Theological Depth, by studying importance of the context, the 'why' behind, and the application of Scripture through small group discussion. Our students are split up into six small groups: upper and lower-class boys and girls, and Middle School boys and girls. Our CREW student leadership team is integral in planning and leading That Thing. Students are encouraged to invite their friends to join them to meet others and dive deeper into a community of faith. Students, are you going to That Thing on Sunday?
