Small Groups
One of the primary purposes of small groups is to provide a relational space to grow in Christlikeness. At Pinewood, small groups are a small gathering of 7-15 individuals with a qualified leader who meet regularly for the purpose of connecting in friendship and growing together in Christ. Our Savior himself modeled and lived out the importance of small group life in his ministry to his 12 disciples. Among other things, small groups provide a supportive community for applying Scripture, offering encouragement and care, prayer, strengthening perseverance, and fostering a deeper relationship with God and others.
