Mission Statement
Our adult Sunday school program seeks to declare and demonstrate the gospel by equipping believers to develop their new life in Christ. Through in-depth biblical study, meaningful fellowship, and practical discipleship, we provide a space for spiritual growth, deepened faith, and the application of God’s Word in everyday life, empowering adults to live as mature followers of Christ.

Person of Jesus: The Passion
Led by John Campbell and Rick Roberts in S4
Person of Jesus explores how to love by looking at the one truly good man, Jesus. Author Paul Miller’s winsome insights into the biblical Christ combine with an energetic, interactive format to lead Christians and seekers alike to marvel at the beauty of Jesus. The final unit traces Jesus’ journey to the cross and shows how, in the low place of humility, we learn to see clearly because God lives there.

The Book of Ruth
Led by Rev. Ren Zepp in the Choir Suite
The purpose of the book of Ruth is to disclose David’s noble ancestry and to show how God did not despise David’s pagan great grandmother but graciously admitted her into the line of Judah. Like the entire Old Testament, the book has a messianic character, and this comes out particularly in the way it points to David, the preeminent type of Christ.

Calm in the Storm: Overcoming Fear, Worry, and Anxiety

We all struggle with fear, from general anxieties to life-dominating phobias. Thankfully we have a God who understands our fragile nature; a God who draws near and loving reminds us, fear not, for I am with you. We will examine the nature of fear and explore practical strategies for overcoming our worries and anxieties.
