Compass is a mentorship program at Pinewood Church designed to pair women from different life stages together for a 12-month journey through the Word. Our goal is to form intentional relationships between mentors and mentees to promote growth through authentic community, building habits and a passion for studying God’s Word, and raising up a new generation of active church members who give, serve, and grow in their faith. We will follow a curriculum called “Flourish” written by Passion City Church. This study will provide the opportunity for mentors and mentees to study scripture together, growing in Christ as well as their relationships with one another.

Last year, 47 Pinewood Women completed the first year of Compass—our mentorship ministry designed to connect women across different life stages and help them grow in their faith through intentional relationships and God’s Word. We’ve seen meaningful friendships formed, spiritual growth encouraged, and lives impacted through this journey.

Mentorship is not age restrictive. We encourage every one of you, from all ages and stages, to consider being a mentee, willing to come under the mentoring care of one of our current mentors. After completing "Flourish" curriculum as a mentee, ladies will have the opportunity to continue the journey through Compass as a mentor. Mentorship unifies all the women in the congregation, because it is something that all women are called to do.
