Women's Ministry Teams

Our ministry is growing, and it takes the work of many hands to facilitate all of the wonderful fellowship and discipleship opportunities we offer here at Pinewood!

We are looking for ladies to serve on our Pinewood Women Leadership Team, specifically in the areas of Event Planning, Intercessory Prayer, and Connection. Ministry Team Opportunities

Event Planning Team

  • Attend specific leadership meetings centered on upcoming events
  • Submit forms for events
  • Communicate with church staff and volunteers regarding upcoming events
  • Help set up/tear down for events
  • Track attendance at events and report to Leadership Team
  • Take photos of events and submit to Leadership Team

Connection Team

  • Serve on a rotation
  • Be present in the Grand Hall before service
  • Greet and welcome, especially focusing on our women and new women
  • Encourage and love on our women so they feel known
  • Make an effort to learn women' s names
  • Inform and invite to various PW events and activities
  • Connect women to Leadership Team with any needs or further questions

Prayer Intercessory Team

  • You will be assigned ~10 women
  • Pray over these women at least once a month
  • Reach out to each of your assigned women once a month (text, phone call, or email)
  • Communicate any urgent or serious needs to the Leadership Team team
